Return Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return for refund.  Please be sure to contact us at customerservice@navihair.com if you need to request an RMA.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased within the last 60 days directly from our website. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless another arrangement has been made with us.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@navihair.com. Please include your order number, name, products you are returning and reason for return.  We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package along with an RMA form to be included inside the package with the item(s) you are returning. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@navihair.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

If we have made a mistake in processing your order, we apologize!  Please contact us at customerservice@navihair.com, so that we can correct this for you right away!  If you have made a mistake in placing your order, please email our customer care team right away. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (we will provide proper instructions when you contact us), and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item unless we have made another arrangement with you.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return if for any reason there is an issue. Once your return is received as expected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.  Please, if possible, retain a copy of your return shipment tracking number just in case there are any issues with delivery by the carrier.
