How long does it take to see results?

  • As with any new hair regrowth regiment, using consistently and as recommended it should take somewhere between 3 and 6 months for any noticeable results. Some customers will see results of thicker, fuller, and much healthier hair sooner but generally on average completing a full hair growth cycle while using the products will give you the most noticeable results.  Also, not all hairs on your head are all in the same growth phase at the same time so if you do notice some slight improvements, over time and continued use, results can improve much more!

Do I need to use all your products to see results?

  • Not necessarily. Our suggested regiment is to use the Daily Hair Restore Shampoo and Conditioner, and to alternate out the Daily Shampoo for the Professional Shampoo 2 to 3 times weekly.  Since all three of these products contain effective ingredients, the use of all of them as recommended is most beneficial, however they each stand alone as excellent products to help regrow healthier, thicker, fuller hair. Also, adding minoxidil to your regiment can greatly improve your results if that is the right course of treatment for you. If you are unsure as to what products are best for your situation, please consult with your physician and call our customer care team as we are more than happy to help!

I dye my hair, are your products safe to use?

  • Absolutely! We do suggest waiting 48 hours after your color treatment before resuming use of our Shampoos, Conditioner and/or Minoxidil, however our products are 100% safe to use on color treated hair!

Can your products be used by men and women?

  • Yes! All of our Shampoos and Conditioner are formulated to be safe and effective for both men and women and for individuals with all hair types.  Using minoxidil in your regiment is suggested only after you have spoken with your physician.

Are your products effective on ethnic hair?

  • Yes! We developed our products to be a healthy, safe solution for all hair types, ranging across all ethnic hair types!

Are your products cruelty free? Do you test on Animals?

  • 100% Absolutely not! We have never tested on animals, nor will we ever. We developed and manufactured our products with the health of our environment in mind at all times!

My package arrived damaged! What do I do?

  • First of all, we are sorry to hear this! If you are able to take a photo or two it would be most helpful as we will take care of filing a claim with the carrier for you.  Please send email inquiries for damaged products to customerservice@navihair.com and be sure include those photos, so that we can get a replacement to you as soon as possible and file a claim on the damaged product.

My package has not arrived, where is it?

  • When we create a shipping label, an automatic email is sent to you with a tracking link. You can click right on the tracking number, and it takes you to the carrier website showing where your package is currently in their system.  If you need further assistance with this, our customer care team is happy to help!

My package says delivered, but I don’t see it.  What do I do?

  • Firstly, if you check the “tracking details” sometimes it gives you more information like, “your package was delivered to a parcel locker”, “no secure location, package held at post office” or possibly something else.  If this is not helpful, please reach out to our customer care team and we are happy to investigate this for you and point you in the right direction!

I am not satisfied with my purchase; how do I get my 60 day money back guarantee?

  • We are sorry to hear this! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@navihair.com to request an RMA.  Please be sure to include your full name, the order number and which product or products you are returning.  If you contact us within the 60-day period, you will automatically receive an email to the email address on file with an RMA form for you to print and include inside the box with the item(s) you are returning.  The address for return packages will be included on the form for your convenience.  Please do not mail packages to our facility without an RMA form included as this form helps direct your return to the proper outlets to expedite your refund.
